Julie Stewart is the office manager / booking agent / contact person / public relations manager for the Hawkinsville - Pulaski County Arts Council.  Julie is a gem, and we, the Board of Directors of HPCAC, Inc., would like to tell her publicly how very much we appreciate her fine work.  Julie is devoted to her job, to the arts, and to the success of the Old Opera House.  There's more...
